Support, for something that is broken
Write to support@cyclop-tech.com, or use the contact page. On a paid edition you get a first answer within two working days.
Sales, for a quote or a fleet
sales@cyclop-tech.com. Schools, businesses and administrations that need a number of seats, an invoice in a particular form, or a quote before they can buy.
Your account, for anything about your licence
Renewals, invoices, your machines, ending a subscription: all of it is in your account area on cyclop-tech.com, and it is faster than asking us.
What to put in the message
- What you were doing
- What you expected to happen
- What happened instead, with the exact message copied rather than described
- Your edition and the name of the machine, from Settings, Accounts, Subscription
A screenshot is worth three paragraphs. An error copied as text is worth ten, because it can be searched for.
What we will never ask you for
Your password. Ever, on any channel. Nobody at Cyclop needs it, and anybody asking for it is not us.
