Questions about paying.
Yes. Community is free, for good, and it is the same base as every paid edition. Install it, live with it, and move up when you need what a paid edition adds.
The yearly price is ten months: paying for the year gives you two months free. Monthly can be stopped whenever you want.
One licence covers one machine. A school or a company with several machines asks for a quote, and gets one invoice for all of them.
After a grace period the machine goes back to Community. Your files, settings and apps installed from the free base stay where they are.
Yes, always: VAT is included, monthly and yearly alike. Businesses with a valid EU VAT number are invoiced without VAT, under the reverse-charge mechanism.
