Cyclop Technologies is registered in Estonia, in the European Union, as Cyclop Technologies OÜ. We build Cyclop OS, an operating system for schools, administrations and businesses, and Cyclop Studio, which makes websites and apps.
The founder
Built from Paris by a Tunisian engineer.
Bilel Rahmouni grew up in Tunisia and studies Security and Network Engineering at EFREI Paris. He started Cyclop with one idea: a good computer should keep working for years, whoever owns it and wherever they live.
The company is supported by two incubators, EFREI Paris and PEPITE CréaJ IDF.
I built Cyclop OS because a good computer should not depend on your budget or your country. Everyone deserves technology that works for them, not against them.
