This website is operated by Cyclop Technologies, founded by Bilel Rahmouni and based in Tunisia. Throughout the site, the terms “Cyclop”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cyclop Technologies. Cyclop offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

The terms and conditions for the software within Cyclop OS are set out individually for each software package. You can view the applicable terms for an individual software package on your Cyclop OS system, for example by opening the “copyright” file inside the /usr/share/doc/[package-name] folder.

These Terms of Service, their subject matter, and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of Tunisia. You and we both agree that the courts of Tunisia will have exclusive jurisdiction.
