Websites and hosting
We build it, and we keep it running.
The second thing Cyclop does, next to the operating system: build a website, host it, back it up, and answer when something breaks.
What you get
A site designed and built for you, not a template with your logo dropped on it. Hosting on our own servers in the European Union. Daily backups you can ask us to restore. Mailboxes on your own domain. And a person who answers.

The two offers, side by side, with the price written before you commit.
How it starts: a written quote
You describe what you need, we answer with a written quote that says what is included, what it costs, and when it is delivered. Nothing starts before you accept it.
The quote is a document, not a verbal estimate. If the scope changes later, the quote changes with it, in writing.
- Fill in the brief: what the site is for, who it talks to, what it must do
- We answer with a quote, usually within two working days
- You accept it, and the work starts
You follow the work from your account
Once a project starts, it appears in your account area with its milestones: design, pages built, ready to go live. Each one shows where it stands and what is waiting on whom.
You see the payment schedule there too, and every invoice.
What happens after it is live
Hosting, backups, certificate renewal and updates are ours. You do not maintain anything.
If something breaks, you write to us and we fix it. That is included, not an extra.
What it costs
A build is quoted once, for that build. Hosting and maintenance are a monthly plan chosen at the quote stage.
Prices are on the services page, with what each plan covers.
